He started his career as Management Trainee with Rafhan Best Foods Ltd, and worked his way to middle and senior management positions. He also worked as Brand Activation Manager at Uniliver Pakistan. In 2003 he moved to Levi Strauss & Company to head the Retail Sales Operation in Pakistan.
He is effectively leveraging his experience in consumer business by leading Real Foods operations.

Dr. Afshan Daud
“Dr. Afshan has a medical degree from Pakistan and MS in Immunology from a reputed university of USA. She has lived, studied and worked in various countries including Cyprus, Saudi Arabia and USA. While in Pakistan she worked in Aga Khan University, Karachi and Sheikh Zayed Hospital, Lahore as an immunologist. She developed interest in the importance of diet as related to disease and maintaining good health. Consequently, she worked as a nutritionist for several years. She is in close contact with the urban housewives and understands their home economic needs specially “foods”. Using her insight, she technically supports to develop the products, which rightly fit into a housewife’s dream chart, and which are not only free of any harmful substances but good for health too.

Mr. Nadeem Ahmed has 13+years of FMCG experience and worked in the areas of Accounts, Finance, Supply Chain, and Business Operations. He is one of the pioneer member of Real Foods joined the company in Jan. 2005 as Assistant Accounts Manager, and has since worked in different capacities. He holds M.Com (Accounts). He has been credited for building & implementing effective turnaround strategies with the help & trust of higher management, based on marketing, excellence, innovations for expansion in the company’s sales, business development & operations.

Mr. Ikram Niazi has 19+ years of diversified experience in Administration, Warehousing and Human Resource management with several multinational organizations.
