Chinese Manchurian Mix for Chicken

Directions

1. Thoroughly Mix the contents of Small Sachet with half kilogram (1/2 KG) chicken since half egg stirred and one chopped green onion and make 18-20 meat balls.
2. Fry one tablespoon finely chopped garlic in ½ cup (75 ml) cooking oil (don’t let the garlic brown.
3. Put the meet balls in the wok and fry them along-with 1-2 green chilies (as per taste) for 7-10 minutes.
4. In two glasses (400 ml) of water mix large sachet’s contents, ½ cup (75 ml) tomato ketchup and 3 tablespoon of sugar.
5. Put the mixture in the wok and keep stirring till the desired thickness of the gravy.
6. Delicious O`real Chicken Manchurian is ready. Enjoy eating it with Chinese/ boiled rice.
